JUST 15 MINUTES A DAY OF INTENTIONAL FOCUS CAN TRANSFORM YOUR CREATIVITY.

DO YOU TALK YOURSELF OUT OF DOING SOMETHING PRODUCTIVE BY TELLING YOURSELF YOU JUST DON'T HAVE ENOUGH TIME IN THE DAY?

How many of you say ” I just don’t have enough time to sew?” perhaps youre working full time, being a busy mum, housework calls other commitments get in the way, and you just never find the time to sit down and just sew that pattern your itching to get your hands onto.
What if I tell you that JUST 15 minutes a day of intentional focus can transform your creativity, boost productivity and help you achieve your goals even on those busiest of days?
Of course you’re thinking, “Nah, can 15 minutes a day truely be that powerful” YES it can.
We often talk ourselves out of doing something productive by saying ” we just don’t have the time, let alone 15 minutes a day to spare”
Well, Im going to challenge that notion! Bollocks as I say 🤣 to inspire you to relocate that small window of time each day to fuel your creativity, by embracing small pockets of time.
Life can be chaotic, but the truth is we all have 15 minutes. Leveraging these small windows of time in your day can make a significant impact on your creative journey and your goals.
15 minutes consistently, daily just spent focusing on your passion or project can propel you forward to help you connect the dots of your larger vision. That vision may be to make more bags for markets, or perhaps you’ve thrown the towel in on your full time job and made the leap to make bags, designing your full time occupation, and often this can be overwhelming.
PLANING AHEAD/ PREPERATION is vital.
Gathering your supplies, tools, everything you need before hand so that you are not scrambling around looking for those D-Rings!
These small pre-emptive strikes can save valuable time.
If you plan to sew watching a tutorial, make sure your phone or ipad is sufficiently charged, have those log in credentials on hand and make sure everything is ready for you to dive right in.
Preparation is key, have your materials within reach, so when that 15 minute window opens up you can leap right into action without scrambling around looking for your scissors.
Strategize your focus!
What is your aim to acccomplish during this 15 minute window of opportunity? By clearly knowing what you want to achieve, eg making the strap handles, you eliminate the need for decision making in the moment. This focus enables you to maximise your time purposely.
The act of pre-preparation, having your designated space and materials accessible, knowing in advance what you plan to do with your time erradicates the frustring moments of indecision and you’ll get straight to the heart of your project.
Commit and Reflect.
Results compound, so reflecting on what you achieve each day in your 15 minute session and let that progress fuel youre enthusiasm for the next one.
So Ladies I challenge you to find 15 minutes a day to comit to sew, draw, write, watch a tutorial, plan.
Success doesn’t always come from massive leaps but from consistent intentional steps forwards as in just 15 minutes a day of intentional focus.
