SoulSlips custom made one pair of soft sole below knee length slippers for my husband who suffers from cold feet and legs from nerve damage and a pair of calf length boots for myself. I am quite particular about how things look and what we needed to suit us personally so I had a few requests which Mel was very kind, helpful and accommodating with. She is very responsive with messages and updates on progress, product information and postage details. Beyond pleased with my order. My daughter and I absolutely love our wool dressing gowns, which arrived very promptly. Mel was wonderful to deal with and the dressing gowns are definitely worth the money. We will get years of use out of these. They are snuggly warm, beautifully lined and ever so comfortable. The quality of the garments is exceptional.

What can I say? Customer service firstly from Melanie was simply excellent. She called to ensure that the sizing was right for me before purchase and even said "if you are not happy, there is a return post bag in the courier bag". I managed to get the below check blanket which is rare in its colour in a correct size M which is 10-12. The cape itself is fairly large so if you are wearing several layers, it would still go well. I am 165cm in height and medium built. I particularly like the "arm openings" and the "leather embellishment". Workmanship is immaculate and I can't wait to use it over winter. Thank you Melanie for taking time to call me to ensure I was happy with the product - I am more than happy to support local when the owner is honest and has great customer service (which is really lacking in many business in NZ). I will treasure this one of a kind made in Waiheke Island, NZ cape and hopefully pass it down to my daughter in years to come. Keep up your wonderful creative work Melanie.

Love, Love, Love these SoulBoots. They are so comfy and warm and very well made. I chose the tartan ones that matched the picnic rug I remembered as a child and also links to my Scottish heritage. Delivery was so quick and I love that these are NZ made too. Thanks so much Mel.

Very excited to receive new slippers from Soul Slips, just in time for winter! They're so comfortable and warm, and the wool is super breathable too. I love that they are made from repurposed woollen blankets and all natural materials - I've been looking for slippers like these for a long time!
